Update Firmware in Multiple SERs with One Tool!

We are excited to announce a new tool that allows users to update the firmware in multiple SER-3200/2408 devices in just three easy steps.  First, upload the latest firmware from the downloads page.

Then identify the SERs in the system by either uploading a CSV file with all the IP addresses, searching an octet of IP addresses or entering each IP address individually.  The final step is to start the firmware update process for all SERs selected.  For more information, check out the instructions guide on our documents page.
