If you know you need to return a product, please contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
If possible, please tell us the product model, serial number, problem description, steps to reproduce the error, and anything else that might help us diagnose our error.
Once your return is authorized, please return the product prepaid to Cyber Sciences, and we'll ship a replacement unit right away.
We hope your project goes smoothly and all our products operate flawlessly as expected. However, things happen. In the event that a Cyber Sciences product is judged defective, please notify us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the defective unit.

If you know the product is defective and your need is urgent, please let us know and our Customer Service team will try to expedite an acceptable solution. Our top priority is getting you back in service.
Cyber Sciences, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of invoice by Cyber Sciences or its authorized sales channel.
If within such period any such product shall be determined to be non-conforming, the product shall be repaired or replaced at Cyber Sciences' option.
Non-conforming products must be returned at purchaser’s expense for evaluation unless this is waived in writing.
Replacement products may be new or reconditioned, with standard ground shipping charges paid by Cyber Sciences.
